Zen-Shin was created by Kyoshi John Richards, and is now run with the help of the rest of his family. His sons are also Sensei, his daughter teaches Ladies-Only Kickboxing and is the clubs full-time secretary. His wife also helps with the admin. 

Our immediate Karate family extends to all our other students that train with us. We are all united in our quest for self-improvement and community.

We love seeing other families training together. We find that it can help to build better relationships between siblings, and provides a way for parents and child to bond.

The Karate values, of respect, compassion and love are what is needed to hold any family together, and we hope that Karate at Zen-Shin can allow your family to thrive too.
