Our Zen-Shin club in Aldridge is  run by our instructor, Sensei Jane Garratt along with her assistant instructor. The instructors have over 17 years experience in karate between them, and Karate is a big part of their life.

Sensei Jane is a Zen-Shin trained referee, who has traveled Internationally to referee multiple competitions.

Both Sensei Jane, and Senpai Suzy have competed together in competitions in the UK as a team.

Our classes are for children aged 5 years old and upwards as well as adults. All are welcome to come and try 2 classes for free.

We advise for parents to come in a watch their child in class for the trial lessons, to see how they get on, and to witness how Karate can benefit their life.

We also have a Saturday afternoon class for adults, the “Senior” karate class is for all abilities and complete beginner friendly!
