This class puts you in the optimal training zone to increase fitness levels and burn fat. Using multiple styles of training, we incorperate bodyweight exercises to help hit your personal fitness goals. The class is for you if you want to improve your fitness, flexibility, stamina, coordination, and boost your body’s mobility.
Get ready to turn up and be put through your paces. During this class expect some high intensity exercises as well as slow controlled postures, with movements all designed to maximise your workout experience.
Suitable for all abilities: beginners and advanced. Exercises can be modified for each individuals ability.
